Ministerial Committee reviews progress of humanitarian aid, rehabilitation in Tigray

Addis Ababa, January 28, 2021 (FBC) -The National Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) Multi-sectoral Response Ministerial Committee held its regular meeting.

The meeting reviewed the humanitarian assistance and rehabilitation processes in the northern part of the country, according to the Ministry of Peace.

During the meeting, reports on the delivery and distribution of humanitarian assistance as well as the rehabilitation process were presented.

The reports provided an overview of the ongoing humanitarian assistance and ongoing rehabilitation process in the region.

Chairperson of the Ministerial Committee, Peace Minister Muferihat Kamil, gave directions for the continuation of speedy delivery of humanitarian assistance.
