PM Abiy launches annual housing renovations program for the impoverished

Addis Ababa, May 13, 2023 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and First Lady Zinash Tayachew launched the 2023 annual home renovations program for impoverished communities in the Aware area this morning, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.

The PM Office recalled that every year the Prime Minister has initiated home renovations.

“The heavy rains we’ve witnessed in the past weeks ought to encourage all of us to extend a helping hand to those in need. We launch the annual housing renovations program for the impoverished this morning”, Prime Minister Abiy said after launching the 2023 annual home renovation program.

The Prime Minister also called upon all to join this recommenced annual effort.
