PM Abiy visits youths with disabilities at Deborah Foundation amid New Year celebration

Addis Ababa, September 11, 2020 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed along with the First Lady Zinash Tayachew has visited youths with disabilities at Deborah Foundation.

The Prime Minister lauded the activities being carried out in the foundation in line with improving lives of the youth with disabilities.

“Great work that Deborah Foundation are doing in improving the lives of Ethiopian youth with mental disabilities”, commended the Premier.

Prime Minister Abiy expressed delight in visiting the youth who are receiving treatment in the foundation and extended New Year best wishes to them.

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and First Lady Zinash Tayachew have had a lunch with elders, persons with disabilities and homeless children amid the celebration of the Ethiopian New Year.

Established in 2019, the Deborah Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Ethiopian youth with mental disabilities through support in the areas of education, health, and policy advocacy.
