Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed visits rice cultivation fields in Jimma Zone

Addis Ababa, October 22, 2022 (FBC) –  Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed along with the First Lady Zinash Tayachew and senior officials has visited rice cultivation fields in Jimma Zone, Oromia region.

The Premier particularly looked at the Shebe Sono Woreda, part of the Kishe cluster rice production that spans 3 woredas in the Jimma Zone. 

“The degree of productivity illustrates how our country, in exchange for our efforts, bestows the blessings of her lushness on us,” the Prime Minister said referring to the rice production in the areas.
