Seedling preparations underway for next year’s planting season: PM

Addis Ababa, December 19, 2023 (FBC) – Seedling preparations underway for next year’s planting season, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) confirmed today.

In a message published on his social media page, the Prime Minister indicated that his government is investing in the country’s Green Legacy Initiative from year to year.

“From year to year we’re invested in our Green Legacy. Seedling preparations underway for next year’s planting season,” PM Abiy noted.

It is known that the country has planted over 31 billion tree seedlings under the Green Legacy program since its inception in 2019.
