AFLEX briefs Addis Ababa-based foreign diplomats

Addis Ababa, December 11, 2023 (FBC) – The African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) today briefed Addis Ababa-based foreign diplomats regarding its mission and undertakings.

The head of the Academy Zadig Abraha, while briefing the diplomatic corps, said that AFLEX provides capacity building training not only for Ethiopian diplomats but also for Africans.

While highlighting the Academy’s ambitious vision, Zadig, also mentioned that AFLEX is committed to building its capacity and working in cooperation with other fellow institutions.

He also pointed out that the academy will place due emphasis on issues pertaining to academic research.

Mentioning that the academy has conducted 48 different studies so far, Mr Zadig also underscored that AFLEX has trained 9,522 senior diplomats and leaders in the last two years.

The academy, according Mr. Zadig, has played a key role in increasing the leadership capacity of women.
