Ethiopia present its experiences in agriculture sector at WFF

Addis Ababa, October 22, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopia has presented its experiences in the agriculture sector at the World Food Forum 2022.

The Minister of Agriculture, Oumer Hussien had discussions with private sectors, development partners and Director General of FAO Qu Dongyu and his team.

During the discussions, the Agriculture Minister stated that Ethiopia has registered promising results in attracting investments with business models that forester inclusive agricultural and rural transformation, and promoting efficiency in design and delivery of investments.

He also said wide range of activities have been undertaken to strengthen institutional environment, alignment with existing Ministry of Agriculture policies and regional planning and coordination capacities.
