Ethiopia to host Thousand African Youth Summit in 2024

Addis Ababa, December 11, 2023, (FBC) – The Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA), through its Youth Platform, will hold the first Thousand African Youth Summit on Food Systems and Agro-Ecology 2024 in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

The summit will bring together over 1000 African Youth, that is to say 20 from each country to discuss solutions to the challenges facing Food systems challenges in Africa.

The summit was launched on 10th December 2023 at the Ethiopian Green Legacy pavilion on the sidelines of COP28 in Dubai.
