PM Abiy Ahmed inaugurates Ethiopian Air Force UAV Air Base Hangar

Addis Ababa, December 16, 2023 (FBC) –  Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed (PhD) has inaugurated Ethiopian Air Force’s Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) 5th Air Base Hangar.

During the afternoon session of the ongoing celebration of the 88th Anniversary of the founding of the Ethiopian Air Force, the Premier is expected to inaugurate officer candidates, aviation maintenance professionals and pilots who are the first batch graduates of the Ethiopian Air Force Academy.

The 88th Anniversary of the founding of the Ethiopian Air Force is being celebrated with various events, according to the Ethiopian Defence Forces.
