Government committed to building a solid foundation for Ethiopia: PM Abiy Ahmed

Addis Ababa, November 11, 2021 (FBC) – Addressing gatherings at the monthly “Addis Weg” dialogue, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed called on Ethiopians to fight against fake news and disinformation which is now serving as a weapon of war from the enemy side.

“Ethiopia has never been defeated by any enemy in its long history. Ethiopians need to return to peaceful condition, and the government is committed to do so” the Premier underlined.

Divisive wrongdoings aimed at hampering brotherhood among Ethiopians have been carried out over the last thirty years despite the country is an ancient nation. We have now embarked on a task of nation building to lay a solid foundation for peaceful and developed Ethiopia.

“Ethiopians are paying sacrifices with a strong spirit of perseverance to overcome current circumstances claim a victory that others will learn from,” the Prime Minister added.
