National consultation towards implementation of Djibouti Declaration underway

Addis Ababa, August 14, 2023 (FBC) – A National Consultation Towards the Implementation of the Djibouti Declaration on Education in Ethiopia is happening in Bishoftu town.

The Declaration on Quality Education for Refugees, Returnees and Hosts intends to increase refugee self-reliance by emphasizing on quality and inclusive education.

“As lack of funds to address the educational needs of refugees is a concern, it requires the concerted effort of relevant actors,” Refugees and Returnees Service said during the consultative meeting.
