President Sahle-Work emphasizes the role of women in conflict prevention, peacebuilding

Addis Ababa, November 18, 2021 (FBC) – President Shale-Work Zewde delivered an opening remark on the third African Woman Leaders Network (AWLN) Forum.

In her remarks, the President said women are not only victims but also sources of solutions.

Women’s role in conflict prevention, peace negotiations, mediation and peacebuilding at grass root level can never be overemphasized, President Sahle-Work underscored.
