President Sahle-Work visits Unity Park

Addis Ababa, January 6, 2020 (FBC) –President Sahle-Work Zewde today visited the Unity Park, which is located at the Grand Palace in Addis Ababa.

The President on the occasion said the park would have a great role to build image of Addis Ababa and pass down Ethiopia’s history to the next generation.

The Unity Park is the beginning, not the need, the President said, adding works that could portray Ethiopia’s history and heritages, will be done in the future, including at the National Palace.

Located at the Grand Palace, a compound that has been a seat of state for more than a century, Unity Park is established in 2019.
